These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and any mobile application (“App”) offered by GREYGLO PILATES INC., a Florida Profit Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all bookings, purchases, class participation, and interactions with the Company, whether through our website, in person, or via mobile platforms.

By accessing our website, registering for a class, using our App, or attending any event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or attend a class unless a parent or legal guardian provides prior written consent. By using our website or services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

GREYGLO PILATES INC. offers limited-capacity Pilates classes and wellness pop-up events. Services may be accessed via:

  • Our website,

  • In-person events, and

  • Our official mobile App.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be completed via our website or App. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including taxes or service fees, if applicable.

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued except as explicitly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Attendance and Participation

By booking or attending any Event or Class, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the description of the Event,

  • You are medically and physically able to participate, and

  • You will comply with all safety instructions provided by GREYGLO PILATES INC. staff and instructors.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for conduct that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in physical fitness activities carries inherent risks. By attending any Class or Event, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or illness and agree to release and hold harmless GREYGLO PILATES INC., its employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from your participation.

6. Mobile App Usage

On the GREYGLO PILATES app:

  • These Terms will apply equally to all interactions with the App.

  • You agree not to misuse or reverse engineer the App in any way.

  • We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate access for misuse of the App or violations of these Terms.

Certain features may require enabling location services, push notifications, or submitting personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more on how your data is collected and used.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and App, including text, images, logos, videos, and designs is the property of GREYGLO PILATES INC. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

8. Media Release

By attending a GREYGLO PILATES INC. Class or Event, you grant us the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice captured in photos, videos, or other media for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across all media formats now known or later developed, without further approval or compensation.

This grant applies worldwide and in perpetuity.

9. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Some Events may include complimentary food or refreshments. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens. By consuming any provided items, you assume all responsibility for dietary choices and release GREYGLO PILATES INC. from liability related to food sensitivities or allergic reactions.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the website and App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. This includes information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or App, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
