Refund policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2025

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the website operated by GREYGLO PILATES INC., a Florida Profit Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and applies to all Pilates pop-up events, classes, and related services (“Event(s)” or “Class(es)”) offered by the Company.

By completing a purchase through our website, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through our website are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Due to the limited capacity of each Class and the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Travel delays or transportation issues

  • Weather (unless the Event is officially cancelled by the Company)

  • No-shows or late arrivals

2. Company Cancellations or Changes

In the event that a Class is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by GREYGLO PILATES INC. due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue issues, instructor unavailability, inclement weather), we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Participants using the contact information provided at checkout.

In such cases, Participants may be offered, at our sole discretion:

  • A transfer to another available Class time, or

  • A full refund of the Class fee.

We reserve the right to make changes to Event schedules, formats, locations, or instructors as needed.

3. Participant Acknowledgments

By booking and attending a Class, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have reviewed the Event description and understand the nature of the Class,

  • You are physically able to participate safely, and

  • You agree to comply with all instructions, guidelines, and policies communicated by the Company or its representatives.

GREYGLO PILATES INC. assumes no responsibility for any injuries or adverse outcomes arising from your participation in any Class or Event.

4. Media Release

By attending a Class or Event hosted by GREYGLO PILATES INC., you hereby grant the Company, its licensees, successors, affiliates, and assigns, the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute photographs, audio, and video recordings in which your likeness, voice, or image may appear (“Media”).

This grant includes use of such Media for:

  • Promotional and marketing purposes

  • Social media and website content

  • Print and digital advertising

  • Any other lawful business use

You understand and agree that no compensation or further approval will be provided, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy that may be used in connection therewith.

5. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Some Events or Classes may include complimentary food or refreshments. GREYGLO PILATES INC. does not guarantee the presence or absence of allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, or shellfish.

By consuming any food or beverage provided at an Event:

  • You do so voluntarily and at your own risk,

  • You assume full responsibility for managing your own dietary needs and restrictions, and

  • You release GREYGLO PILATES INC. from any liability related to allergic reactions or food sensitivities.

If you have severe allergies or dietary concerns, we strongly encourage you to bring your own refreshments and to notify event staff in advance.
