What if I’ve never done Pilates before?
You're in the right place. These classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. We’ll guide you every step of the way. No pressure, just presence.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
Yes. To keep the experience focused and safe for everyone, attendees must be 16 or older.
Guests who are 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
This is a kid-free zone so we can all fully focus, connect, and Glo together.
What should I bring?
Just your grip socks, water and energy!
Do i have to download the app?
you can book classes online but the app definitely makes things easier.
With the Greyglo pilates app, you can buy memberships, book classes, and purchase merch all in one place.
How long are the classes?
Classes are 50 minutes long
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
We love the thought, but to keep an accurate attendance list and preserve the vibe, spots are non-transferable. Thanks for understanding
What if I'd Like to cancel my membership?
No hard feelings but we do require a 30 days notice for membership cancellations.
